I Am Disabled And Just Purchased Magic Jack Plus. I Have Been Trying To Register

I AM TRYING TO REGISTER AND ACTIVATE THE PRODUCT AND AM UNABLE TO DO SO. I HAVE FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTIONS SEVERAL TIMES. THE INSTRUCTIONS SHOW THAT A PROMPT WILL COME UP TELLING ME TO "CLICK ON START MAGIC JACK AND ANOTHER PROMPT WILL COME UP SHOWING THE SOFT PHONE. ON THIS PROMPT - I'M SUPPOSED TO CLICK ON CLICK HERE TO REGISTER AND RECEIVE YOUR PHONE NUMBER AND RECEIVE AN ACTIVATION CODE IN MY EMAIL." THE FIRST PROMPT DOES NOT APPEAR. HOWEVER - THE SOFT PHONE APPEARS BUT IN THE AREA WHERE I'M SUPPOSED TO CLICK ON THE PROMPT "CLICK HERE TO REGISTER AND GET PHONE NUMBER" - IT IS BLANK. BEING DISABLED - I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE ANY AND ALL HELP I CAN GET TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM. AM I DOING SOMETHING WRONG ?

Sorry for your problems. If you use a MAC, you have to first double-click the magicJack Plus icon that appears. If you don't see "Click Here To Register," look for "Click Here for Free Trial."
