magicJack does not have a 2-year plan. Unfortunately, it's almost impossible to get though to the company.

Your first step should be to click here to log in to your magicJack account, and then click the "My Subscriptions" tab.

If what you see doesn't satisfy you, you may reach magicJack by writing:

You can try phoning them, at 281-404-1551 or 561-594-2140. You can also dispute the excess charge with your credit card provider or complain to the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221.

Please contact customer care Phone: 561-594-9925 How to reach a live person: They say this phone number is only for billing questions, but it is the only way to get a hold of a live person. The only other option is their online support which is basically useless. Hours of Operation: 11am - 8pm EST
