After I Dial A Number I Can't Hear The Person On The Other Line But He Can Hear

did I do anything to block the voice? because before it was perfectly normal

Here are a few things to try:

Make sure that the phone itself hasn't gone bad - if you have a different phone to try with the mj, do that.
If that didn't work - then do the 'reboot' everything process - like this:
1. safely unplug the mj from the computer using the icon in the tool bar at the bottom of the screen that 'unplugs' devices safely.
2. unplug the phone from the mj
3. shut down the computer
4. unplug the power from the phone and replug it in
5. plug the phone back into the mj
6. plug mj back into computer
7. turn computer back on (after you've waited for 1 minute from when it shut down)
8. wait for everything to come back up completely and verify your connection on the mj screen is correct - ie: normal hi speed dsl (unless you're using the 3G air card)
9. test it again using a cell phone to call the mj line.
If this doesn't work - and the phone IS good (tested on a working phone line and checked with a cell phone calling it etc.) - then log into mj website and then go to the live agent link at bottom of page and advise them what you've already done to try to fix this.
