IF this is still a problem - (I had similar problem with an area code - but it wasn't for ALL numbers within that area code, just select numbers at random) - contact the live chat/customer care link on the MJ website immediately. When I had my problem (about 2 months ago) I actually had the phone call go through - but it was to a foreign country every time (usually the same number somewhere in either Germany, Sweden or Japan) - and often it was middle of the night when I was trying to call - and this went on for 3-4 days - and the people weren't too happy - so I passed that 'frustration' on to the live chat people.

I contacted them repeatedly, over 4 days at least 6 times - and kept a record of what was tried/failed for fixes so I didn't have to constantly 're-do' things to try to fix when I would connect with live chat again to check on the status of it being fixed. They will tell you that you have to wait - and I just told them I'd be contacting live chat every 4 hours until I got someone else higher up to help me or at least let me know the problem was in fact being worked on by the Tech Dept. - and so I did - after the 3rd time - they bumped me up to the Tech Dept. live chat - and then I just contacted them every day twice a day to make sure they knew I could be a very big pain if they didn't get it taken care of - after all - these numbers were actually local numbers to me.
