Why Is It That My Chat Sessions With Customer Service Keep Getting Dropped?

i called customer support and in one hour spoke to 3 different reps because the chat kept getting dropped...!! what kind of help is that supposed to be?? then when i tried to get someone again at 6:47pm EDT it comes up showing the office hours for Sundays are done at 7:00pm.....is this how magicjack treats customers?? I will try once more tomorrow and if i get this run around i will take this thing back and get my money!!!!!! I am very dissatified with magicjack and the so called customer service chat line!!!

You're right; magicJack's customer support is magically substandard. Complaining to us at HelpOwl however won't by itself accomplish anything. You may reach magicJack by writing:

You can dispute any payment with your credit card provider or complain to the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221 or 2005 Apalachee Pkwy., Tallahassee, FL 32399. If it's within 30 days, you can return the product using these instructions.

I, and many others, have experienced the same issues with MagicJack customer/tech support. It is my contention that MagicJack disconnects users as they don't really want to furnish support. All of the MagicJack people I have talked with are obviously not Americans. In order to keep their costs at minimum, support services have been jobbed out and either intentionally or otherwise almost everyone is disconnected multiple times. Just my considered opinion after working in the telecommunication field for almost 30 years.
