No One From Any Cell Phone, Any Cell Phone Carrier Able To Call Magic Jack Numbe
When I CHAT with Magic Jack SO CALLED TOP 10 technical Support person I was told to call AT&T, Sprint and Verizon Wireless and have them properly route the call to Magic Jack. Magic Jack network people does not need to do any thing and the issueis on ALL the cell phone carrier ends

Unfortunatley the only thing you can do is continue to contact them until someone puts a ticket in to check the call routing
