Broken Majic Jack

My majic jack addapter broke. If I have topurchas another one, how do I keep the same number? Also, what happens to the time left on the old one combuned with the new one. I haven't had this one even a year.

We will send you a replacement magicJack for only $20 as long as you have an active account.

All you have to do is plug your replacement in and follow the promtps. Your license and phone number will transfer.

Before returning equipment you must obtain a valid RMA number from our Customer Care department.
