i bought yesterday prepaid card for 42$ still unable to do international calls at my phone number 514 500 3067 and is there any manner to communicate with customers service by phone thanks

You can also try phoning them, at 281-404-1551 or 561-594-2140. If all else fails, you can dispute the charge with your credit card provider or complain to the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221.
