I Have Activated My Magic Jack Plus But I Cannot Use It Without My Computer.

Chat support suggested getting a new modem but would make no recommendations. Bought another modeum didn't work at all. I got my present modeum through Dish net when plugged into the computer it works but not always i sometimes get busy signal when if I use my cell it goes through. Is there something I can do or someone to talk to. Thanks

As you've discovered, magicJack's customer support is not good. You may write magicJack at [email protected], or c/o Ymax Communications, POB 6785, West Palm Beach, FL 33405. You may or may not get an answer.

You can dispute any payment with your bank or complain to the Florida Attorney General at 850-414-3990. If it’s within 30 days, you can return the product using the instructions at http://my.magicjack.com/returns.html.
