How To Get Account # And Pin Number?

I have not used my magicJack number in over a year and do not know what my account number and PIN number ismy wife passed away and she was the one taking care of that stuff I need to get transferred over to charter phone

Your question is confusing. If you want to use Charter phone instead of magicJack, you don't need magicJack at all. Just make the arrangements with Charter. If you do want to use your magicJack, the simplest way is to reset it: follow the instructions at: http://www.helpowl.com/q/MajicJack/Technical-Support/reset-magicjack-new-username-password/202865. After resetting you would start from scratch, like a new purchaser.
