My first step would be to phone the card provider to see if there's a problem.

Otherwise, you can pay via PayPal *if* you've installed the PayPal plugin. This is a virtual debit card and PayPal will deduct funds from your existing PayPal account immediately upon use. Turn here for more information.

As a last resort, you can attempt contact with magicJack. You may reach magicJack by writing:
