Why Am I Able To Make Outgoing Calls But Not Receive Them On Magic Jack? I am using my original AT&T tel number (AT&T was disconnnected)

Hook up the device to your computer via its USB port. Click on "Click Here to Register" in the left window of the magicJack software, and follow the on-screen prompts. You'll be invited to select your phone number.
