Misleading Ads

On the TV and Internet ads the cost shows $19.95 per year. Then you go to purchase and it goes to $69.95 on the invoice with no explanation. Then the "upgrades" do no allow you to put a 0 in the quantity so you get to the "FINAL" invoice and your buying extra Magic Jacks and services. On your Internet recording on the last sentence all of a sudden he says we can get all your great stuff for under $200. I finally fixed the final invoice but it still cost 4 times what you are advertising. If it works it is still worth it, no need for misleading advertising!

I agree that magicJack's practices leave a lot to be desired. The TV price you saw was undoubtedly for the original magicJack (not currently pushed), whereas you bought magicJack Plus.
