I PURCHASED A MAGICJACK AT KMARRT IT WOULD NOT DOWNLOAD TO MY LAND LINE PHONE, I RETURNED IT TO KMART, I PURCHASED 3 YEARS AIR TIME FROM MAGICJACKA DN 10.00 INTERNATIONAL FOR A TOTAL OF84.95. I HAVE GONE ONE LINE 4 TIMES WITH THEM AND EACH TIME I ASK FOR THE MONEY BACK THE SCREEN GOES BLANK. HOW CAN I GET MY MONEY REFUNDED?
