Renew For Service

I made the renew for new year three time by mistake and it was deducted from my account and the massage (your service has expired ) still coming . How can I return in my money to my account and why the massage still coming ?

1. It's unlikely that you can get a refund for part of your renewal payment. magicJack's customer support is for the most part magically lacking. You can try phoning them, at 561-594-9925. You may also reach magicJack by writing c/o Ymax Communications, PO BOX 6785, West Palm Beach, FL 33405.

2. magicJack does tend to nag users for renewals even after renewals are purchased. If your service continues, there's noting you can do. If not, you can communicate with magicJack as above, and you can dispute any payment with your credit card provider or complain to the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221 or 2005 Apalachee Pkwy., Tallahassee, FL 32399.
