Paid For Un-used Device.

In Dec. 2013, re-leased MagicJack, and in Jan. 2014 my Windows based computer crashed. Bought a new Google Chrome based operating system computer. The old device is not supported by my new operating system. I paid for a year, now can't use it. Do you give refunds? If so, do I mail the old device back or what? Thank you.

magicJack does not offer refunds after the initial 30-day period; sorry.
