M.j.plus Will Not Fit In Computer Usb. Plug Is On Opposite Side As Old M.j.

Do not have enough space between other connections & computer frame to plug into computer USB because M.J. connection is on the reverse side as original M.J. unit. None of my USB hubs will accommodate space to plug M.J. Plus into my computer. Therefore I can't use it with the computer.

If the USB extension cable supplied with your device is not sufficient, you'll have to either (a) purchase a new cable or (b) return the device (if it's within 30 days).
