How To Make Refund Of Payment?

I have paid $19.95 on November 6, 2011 second year renewal subscription of my magic jack but later found that my magic jack account was deactivated. My payment $19.95 was already debited from my card. How can I make a refund of $19.95?

    West Palm Beach, FL 33405 You can also try phoning them, at 281-404-1551 or 561-594-2140. Your best bet may be to dispute the charge with your credit card provider. You can also complain to the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221.
