Double Payments Cancelling

I have paid 1 year renewal fee twice and due to system error and still not activated. Please cancel the second payment and activate the majic jack for following account. [email protected]

We're an independent help site, not magicJack. Unfortunately magicJack's support is virtually nonexistent. Your best course is to work with your credit card provider (if you pay by credit card). You may reach magicJack by writing:     Ymax Communications

    West Palm Beach, FL 33405 You can also try phoning them, at 281-404-1551 or 561-594-2140. If all else fails, you can complain to the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221. If it's within 30 days, you can return the product using these instructions.
