magicJack promises free domestic calls, without limitation, and you're entitled to that benefit. If it's within 30 days, you can return the product using these instructions, but you'll have to bear the cost of return shipping. If magicJack is not fulfilling the terms of its promise, I urge you to complain to the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221 or 2005 Apalachee Pkwy., Tallahassee, FL 32399. Non-domestic calls: At my.magicjack.com go to "My Subscriptions," then to INTERNATIONAL DIALING, and click "Add Credit." Current rates are listed here.
