Can't Use Magic Jack Even When Using The Password They Sent Me

I brought my maagic jack to the Philippines I went to use it and it asks me for my emaail address and password. I can't remember my password so they send it to my email address. I use the password they sent me aand it says it's the wrong password even though it's the one that they just sent me saying it was my password.
