I Can Not Use My Magic Jack Because Of The Promo For The Magic Jack Plus

I cannot use my magic jack because of the promo for the free trial for the magic jack plus. It is blocking the magic jack box. By the way, the promo offers a free trial for 30 days and on the 31st day I pay $69 plus and S & H, after that is there a monthly charge, what happens after one year, how much do I pay for the yearly subscriptiion?
