Can I Transfer My Existing Phone Number To Magic Jack After The Trail Period

to transfer your existing number to the mj, you need to log in to your account at http://my.magicJack.com then click on my subscriptions tab, under transfer your phone number to mj click on details button. After that, Enter your phone number and click on next. If the phone number cannot be transferred, you will receive an error message. However, if it did not prompt, please continue on the process.
Take note that there is a charge for this feature..
You will receive a confirmation once you have successfully submitted ur request. Please read the confirmation for further instuctions..
if the mj is not yet registerred please register it first and get a temporary phone number. once mj is registered you can then do the steps above
if you are having difficulty contact support right away.
