If I Subscribe At The New Rates Is My Old Subscrip-tion Cancelled?

I subscribed for 5yrs at my last renewal. If I subscribe at the new rate now, will the period of time be added to my existing time thus lengthing the number of years I have for the magic jack?

I'm guessing you're an original magicJack subscriber who's now subscribed to magicJack Plus. If so, magicJack considers these 2 separate products, and gives you no credit from your old subscription toward your new subscription.
