You can, if it's available.

If its your own current number: After logging in, click the "Phone Numbers" tab and then "Transfer." Next, click the "Transfer My Number" button, and follow the prompts. There will be a $19.99 one-time fee and a $9.95 annual charge after the first year.

Otherwise, you can change the number assigned by magicJack as follows: On my.magicjack.com, select the Phone Numbers tab and click the button for Add a Phone Number. magicJack charges $10 to make the change.
