Service Shut Down A Week After Bank Account Debited For Renewal

I extended my service with a debit card payment of $20.26 on 11/27/10; ID #A921031B013C3F. A week or so later my service was cut off. I tried contacting MJ online several times and to this day have not received a reply.

How to reach a live person:

They say this phone number is only for billing questions, but it is the only way to get a hold of a live person. The only other option is their online support which is basically useless.
