Have Not Recieved My Telephone Contaction
a month ago i renewed my majic jack number for another 5 years - at the same time i paid for the 5 years for $100 dollars plus 49 more for the telephone jack - i have not recieved it in the maili want to give you my address as i did with your operatormy majic jack number my name is robert pasutaddress - i am staying with a friend that i have know for 75 years his name is ira blackwood - you can mail it to me any time thank you robert pasut

Yours is unfortunately representative of a great many complaints about magicJack, which could be charitably characterized as administratively challenged.
magicJack's customer support is for the most part magically lacking. The phone number of 561-594-9925 is for billing matters only, and seeking either that phone help or chat help (at www.magicjack.com/techchat) will probably prove a waste of your time. You may write magicJack at
[email protected], or c/o Ymax Communications, POB 6785, West Palm Beach, FL 33405.
You can dispute any payment with your bank or complain to the Florida Attorney General at 850-414-3990. If it's within 30 days, you can return the product using the instructions at http://my.magicjack.com/returns.html.
