calling in US and get messageneed prepaid minutes to make conference call.. WHY am i asked to do this never have before

magicJack still provides conference calls without charge, as you may verify from its FAQ, which reflects the commitment made to prospective purchasers and is accordingly binding on the company.
magicJack offers only the most feeble customer support. However, you can try phoning them, at 561-594-9925. You may also reach magicJack by writing:
