2. magicJack's customer support is for the most part magically lacking. You can try phoning them, at 561-594-9925. You may also reach magicJack by writing:

3. You can dispute any payment with your bank or complain to the Florida Attorney General at 850-414-3990, and the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221 or 2005 Apalachee Pkwy., Tallahassee, FL 32399.

4. To change your phone number: On my.magicjack.com, select the Phone Numbers tab and click the button for Add a Phone Number. (Here's a lengthy list of currently supported area codes. Here's a longer list that includes local prefixes.) magicJack charges $10 to make the change.
