My Magic Jack Not Working For The Last20days.wrong Billing

I have used magic jack for the last 5years.Amagicjack was gifted to me by my soninlaw.He had purchase 7/8for his office work.The billing and removal has been mixed up. I paid for the extension of my service.But the company tried to charg me for their telephones andit refected in my credit card statement.Now I am unable tolog in.Please come on the line so we can discuss.difficult to explain in email

"...the company tried to charg me for their telephones...." magicJack doesn't sell telephones. So there's obviously a misunderstanding. magicJack's customer support is for the most part magically lacking. You can try phoning them, at 561-594-9925. You may also reach magicJack by writing:

You can dispute any payment with your credit/debit card provider or complain to the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221 or 2005 Apalachee Pkwy., Tallahassee, FL 32399.
