Is Magic Jack And Its Web Ssite Working And Accessible ????

I AM UNABLE TO OPEN THE MAGIC JACK WEB SITE AND MAKE ANY CALLS FOR THE LAST 2 DAY. IS IT ONLY ME OR THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE SYSTEM? I AM IN SAUDI ARABIA AND IT USE TO WORK OK BUT PAST 2 DAYS IT IS DEAD AND CAN NOT OPEN THE WEB PAGE

Yes it is working, I just went and checked. There is a possibility that there may be a problem for your specific area - if you've resolved the issue already - then great - if not - try to access the magic jack website from another computer - that is close to your computer - but not actually the one the magic jack is hooked up to. Also - dump temp internet files to rid your computer of any 'trouble' that might be hiding on it. Restart everything and see if it works then.

If it doesn't resolve - doing these things - and you can't access from a different computer even - I would try contacting them from a public computer like at a library - there is a live chat window on their site - no phone # unfortunately.
