My Magic Jack license is still valid one more month.How come is possible to charge me and what for. My Majick Jack phone number: 713 900 4127

You have not reached magicJack but an independent help site; so obviously we cannot explain to you your magicJack charges, or correct any errors.

Your first step should be to click here to log in to your magicJack account, and then click the "My Subscriptions" tab.

You can try phoning them, at 281-404-1551 or 561-594-2140. You can also dispute any payments with your credit card provider or complain to the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221.
