Just Received Magic Jack

Hi just received my magic jack and cant transfer my home number to it. can you help me? my current telephone number is from Bell canada their phone # is 310-310-2355 my phone # with bell Canada is 905-880-0505 Name on account John Gargaro Thanks

After logging in, click the "My Subscriptions" tab, and then the "Details" button under "Transfer Your Phone Number to magicJack." Follow the prompts to submit your transfer request. There will be a fee of about $20.00.

You need to know that not all numbers are transferable to magicJack. Here's a lengthy list of supported area codes. Here's a longer list that includes local prefixes.

If your old phone number is not transferable, you can return your device per these instructions (or if you bought it from a retailer, return it there).

You cant transfer Canadian numbers eg. Bell Canada yet

Magic jack is working on it ,maybe soon. But i was told this months ago and of October 12 2012 still nothing.

Also be aware 911 access will not work in the event of power failure or internet interruption.

Ive had my Magic Plus now for five months.

It works perfectly each and everytime.
