I went to http://www.magicjack.com/techchat/ and then typed in voicemail and search. After the search there was a link for Start Chat. That took me to a live agent who asked me for my phone number and address and then gave me my password. It was very quick and easy. Hope this helps!

A. Dial your 10 digit magicJack number (from any phone, including the one connected to your magicJack) or press the [VMAIL] button on your softPhone

B. At the automated message, dial the [*] button and enter the password when prompted (default password is 1234) so dial 1234

C. Follow the prompts to personalize your voicemail.
