I found a way to record a call using a company caller RecordiaPro. They give me a toll free number to call, which I save as a contact on my Magic Jack Keypad. I click on the contact, it dials into the 800 # and then it gives me a dialtone. Then I dial the number I'm looking to call and everything is saved as a Mp3.

Really easy and it only takes a moment. http://www.RecordiaPro.com

magicJack has no provision for recording conversations. You may check the recent call logs on the right-hand side of your magicJack softphone.
