Broken Usb Connection On Magicjack Apparatus.

i HAVE been a magicjack customer for some time and I hvae a new computer, as the technitian was plugging the apparatus in the USB con broke off. What can I do? I have 5 years of service left.

We will send you a replacement magicJack for only $20 as long as you have an active account.

All you have to do is plug your replacement in and follow the promtps. Your license and phone number will transfer.

Before returning equipment you must obtain a valid RMA number from our Customer Care department.
