. Bought Majic Jack Plus For 5 Yrs And I Got Call To Renew After1 Yr

I bought 3 phone line services, paid for five years one year ago and I only use two! Just this morning I got a recording that my year has expired!! I paid for an additional 5 years on my number and I should still have five years left on that. The other 2 phones may have expired but I don't want to renew them. Please respond and make sure that my 5 year plan on the obove number is in place!!! Thank you Hajnal Csorba

We can't make sure of anything, as we're not magicJack. You may want to check with your bank to confirm that the payment went through. magicJack's customer support is for the most part magically lacking. You can try phoning them, at 561-594-9925. You may also reach magicJack by writing:
