Unfortunately, magicJack's customer service is essentially nonexistent. You may reach magicJack by writing:

You can try phoning them, at 281-404-1551 or 561-594-2140. You can also dispute any payments with your credit card provider or complain to the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221.
