Sorry for your problems. With a MAC, you have to first double-click the magicJack Plus icon. Here are the complete instructions:

Hook up the device to your computer via its USB port. With a MAC, double-click the magicJack Plus icon that appears. Click "Click Here To Register" or "Click Here for Free Trial." Follow the on-screen prompts. You may wish to consult the independent review at http://the-gadgeteer.com/2011/07/22/magicjack-plus-review/ for more details and pictures.
