I Had Over 400 International Minutes Left, Now Says Only 36

I purchased 500 international minutes, had over 400 left, then yesterday it said I have only 36 left. What has happened? Also, I need information on Magic Jack Plus, the cost, whether I need another device, etc. And lastly, need to know how I will receive a message as to when I need to renew for another year.
