3x after putting my visa card number and clicking on the next step, it says back.Apparently, my renewal aplication was declined. What about my payments? did THE TRANSACTIONS go through?

How to reach a live person:

They say this phone number is only for billing questions, but it is the only way to get a hold of a live person. The only other option is their online support which is basically useless.

Hours of Operation:

11am - 8pm EST

You could rest easy in knowing now that it went through. You won't get your minutes but if you are trying to get a $10 credit it takes $10.48 and every time you swipe your card it will take $10.48. If you see the dreaded AVS red bar that means you have been swipe but you will not get no minutes. I spoke to a few persons in the office and they told me that they don't take visa debit as of December 2011 and if you live in the Bahamas the ISP is blocking your transaction from going through (CRAP!)
