Magic Jack Not Working

what should i do with my magic jack apparatus its not working anymore,i tried plugging it to other friends computer still not working unlike their magic jack it works,only mine is broken and what's regretful is i paid already online for the renewal and it already reflected on my debit card statement,how can get my money back?
