Cancel An Order

I have tried to use the phone numbers, but all the web sites have options that are not available which is unbelieveable. However, I need to cancel an order or you will just get it returned if you don't cancel it.

99%  of most websites have an option called "Contact Us" click it on and wah lah, there is usually a phone number & an e-mail.
