Msn Dialup Software Won't Connect To Server?

This is a Dell xps 420 that I reloaded for a customer Monday.  She took it home and tried to install MSN dialup from your CD and never could get it to work.  She brought it back to me last night and I've spent the better part of 4 hours now trying to get this account setup.  When I run the CD it tries to dial the customer's home phone number?  So, I tried to setup the connection manually and that doesn't work either.  I know the modem/computer is good because I have a Basic ISP dialup account that I loaded in her computerr and it works fine but I still can't get her account with MSN to connect?? Any help before I take this thing out in the driveway and take a hammer to it??
