If you aren't receiving e-mail messages: Make sure that you haven't exceeded your ever-growing storage limit. For more information, see MSN Explorer: View how much storage space you're using: http://onlinehelp.microsoft.com/en-us/msn/ff808826.aspx Look in the Junk E-Mail folder. If a message that isn't junk e-mail has been delivered there instead of the Inbox, click the message, and then click Not Junk. This helps train the junk e-mail filter to distinguish between e-mail that you do and don't want. For more information, see MSN Explorer: Train the junk e-mail filter.
