This Computer Is Crap! How Do I Fix Your Poor Quality Machine?
Where to start?1) My Video Camera doesn't work and hasn't worked straight out of the box. 2) My screen has discolouration issues (and before you blame me, allow me to share that these discolourations were there out of the box, and have only gotten worse. I asked for your help about it months ago when I first got the computer, but you haven't deigned to reply.3) The keyboard sticks in many places, also an issue out of the box.4) The battery is telling me that it needs to be replaced.Here's the kicker. I've owned this computer for a mere 6 months. Yes, that's right, 6 months. So, how do I get you to actually fix my computer (which is my work computer and therefore I can't actually send it in otherwise I won't be able to do my job). I wanted to take it back the within 2 days of getting it, seeing as how it's clearly crap, but I was moving to another country the next week and didn't get the chance.

These are the possible problems that you computer encounters.
1. There might be no driver software for video camera installed into the computer system.
2. The discoloration issue is related to the LCD hardware failure. This requires replacement of the entire LCD screen.
3. The keyboard maybe stucked and cannot work properly. This needs cleaning and proper maintenance.
4. The battery should be really replaced.
Sad to say that it would be better if you purchase a brand new one as it might cost you a lot if you try to bring the device to a service repair center.
