Sales Special Question

IF I HAVE A CAR IN A MACCO SHOP TO BE PAINTED. AND YOU HAVE A STATE WIDE ADVERTISEMENT OF "HALF OFF" MACCO PAINT SPECIALS. WHY WOULD MU CAR NOT QUALIFY FOR THIS, IF THIS IS WHAT I AM HAVING DONE. DO YOU NOT HONOR WHAT YOU ADVERTIZE? JUST NEEDING HELP WITH THIS PLEASE?
