Thank You - Although Volume Is Now Cleared, There Is No Audio?
Thank you - I'm a new Helpowl user and apparently not so good at it. De-selecting 'exclusive control' now seems to have rendered the volume control functional. However the speaker does not play audio. Also the 'powere' indicator is no longer glowing 'on' (its USB powered.) so it appears that the device is now not recognized by the laptop?
