Hello, on a Windows computer you can do that through the Control Panel. Open the Control Panel (found on the Start menu; if not, type "control" into the Run bar) and click on the Mouse applet. The different tabs in the Mouse window will have options for changing various properties of your mouse.

Hi. The mouse's Quick Start Guide is silence about click speed. Windows will only let you adjust the 'Double-Click' speed here https://www.microsoft.com/library/errorpages/smarterror.aspx?aspxerrorpath=https%3a%2f%2fwww.microsoft.com%2fresources%2fdocumentation%2fwindows%2fxp%2fall%2fproddocs%2fen-us%2fwin_double_click.mspx - Hope you were not looking for help with a single click speed :)
