The Red Light Link Function Stay On. Unit Won't Reset?

WHEN I FIRST GOT UNIT IT WOULD FLASH BLUE ON THE LINK LED, THEN ONE DAY I NOTICED IT WAS RED LIGHT AND  THE UNIT DOES NOT WORK. CAN YOU HELP ME?
